"Water of the Gods": a 40-by-40-foot pool of fir planks laid over an artesian spring, drained and refilled every night with no chemicals. Soak while the sun drops behind the Tobacco Roots, order from the 50 Mile Grill, grab a beer from the No Loose Dogs Saloon, and if we're lucky a band plays from the geodesic dome. Rustic and unpretentious, port-a-potties and all.

What to expect
- Pool runs around 100°F.
- Open Thu–Mon 10 AM–10 PM, no reservations.
- $12 adult, $5 towel.
- No outside food; outside alcohol is confiscated.
- Portable toilets and basic changing rooms.
- Music "From the Dome" 7–9:30 PM some nights — Oct 1 unconfirmed.
- About 65–70 minutes from the cabins, about 90 minutes from Summit ATR.
