What we're doing
DTF Birthday Dinner Festival
A hand-raised gothic-arch barn from about 1917 on 34 acres of Stimson family ranchland, eleven minutes from the cabins — owned by Danielle's cousins, Colton and Jessica Mellows. Danielle and Alex are hosting the dinner, catered by Sadie's. The 2,200-square-foot loft opens onto a 1,000-square-foot deck with big windows framing the Bridgers — sunset is 7:04 PM, so cocktails on the deck first. Downstairs the original horse stalls make a natural whiskey lounge. We bring the people.

Tri-tip with chimichurri
House-seasoned tri-tip grilled to juicy perfection, thinly sliced and finished with a vibrant chimichurri of fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil, and a touch of citrus.
Crème fraîche garlic mashers
Creamy Yukon Gold potatoes whipped with roasted garlic, Boursin, butter, and cream, finished with a dollop of tangy crème fraîche.
Roasted petit potatoes with vegan basil pesto
Roasted petit potatoes tossed with vibrant vegan basil pesto.
Pear and arugula salad
Pears, raspberries, and blueberries with peppery arugula, spiced nuts, and creamy feta, finished with a peach balsamic drizzle, olive oil, and edible flowers.
Local bread and herb butter
Artisan bread baked locally with Sadie's signature house-made herb butter.
